Ayurvedic Purifying Face Treatment – This session starts with a raw silk glove exfoliation, followed by heated herbalized oils and a full body massage ending with Ayurvedic herbal face wash, steam towels and oiled Indian Head massage. Great for deep relaxation.
Ayurvedic Detox Massage w/ Steam Tent and Sinus Cleanse (Vishesh, Shiro-Abhyanga Nasya) – Heated herbalized oils are used in a rhythmic deep pressure massage designed to move the lymphatics, followed by an individualized hot steam tent with essential oils and ending with a unique sinus cleansing. Great for detoxing and sinus issues.

Aaron Mattes Active Isolated Assisted Stretching Sessions – Active Isolated Stretching allows the body to repair itself and also to prepare for daily activity. This method of stretching is also known to work with the body’s natural physiological makeup to improve circulation and increase the elasticity of muscle, joints and fascia.
Aromatherapy Massage – Using either single note or a blend of essential oils, the therapist will custom blend a massage oil to use in your session, and the leftover oil is yours to take home for personal use.
CranioSacral Therapy – A gentle, noninvasive, hands-on technique to detect and correct imbalances in the craniosacral system.
Deep Tissue Massage – Bodywork with firm pressure that gives powerful relief from tension and eases chronic areas of discomfort.
Integrative Raindrop Aromatherapy Massage – Application of nine pure essential oils along the spine, followed by a warm, moist compress.
