Barbara has been practicing massage since 1990. After graduating from the Florida School of Massage in Gainesville, Florida she joined her sister Camille and they formed Camille Baughman And Associates. Barb brings a calming, gentle presence and deep intuitive listening to her massage, allowing the client to t let go and open into the healing wisdom of their own body. Barb offers a Therapeutic Massage that is a blend of Swedish/relaxation massage, Deep Tissue and Myofascial Release. She also provides basic Crano-Sacral Therapy, Pre-Natal Massage, Elder Massage and utilizes fascial tools, tuning forks and cupping into her treatments when needed to release extra tight and stuck tissues. In addition to her massage, she also offers Ayurvedic Treatments, Ionic Foot Cleanses
In addition to her training in Massage, Barbara has received certifications in Clinical Nutrition, Meditation, Biofeedback Meditation, Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra, and 500-hour yoga teacher training. She has combined these trainings to develop a self-care program called Self-Care Sanctuary.
